According to a 2025 report from Glassdoor a virtual assistant based in the U.S.  runs a business around $50 an hour or a monthly rate of $600-3000 a month. And large agencies who contract out agents start at $3000 a month for basic packages.

I understand that running a business is EXPENSIVE and I keep my prices fair and competitive, because I am passionate about helping small and local businesses thrive. Corporations already make record profits while exploiting their workers, and I started  OnPoint because dedication and hard work are rewarded. It should never be  profits over people.
